PreOrg analyzes organizational structure — not individuals. Employee names are stripped and replaced with anonymized identifiers before any AI analysis occurs. We do not collect or process compensation data, performance reviews, or any protected-class demographic information. All outputs are reviewed by a qualified HR professional before delivery.
PreOrg is an AI-assisted organizational diagnostic service operated by PreOrg, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("PreOrg," "we," "us," or "our"). We help companies assess their organizational structure through a combination of AI analysis and expert human review.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Clerk, our authentication provider.
Uploaded documents. To perform an organizational analysis, you upload documents such as:
Name anonymization. Before any AI analysis takes place, employee names in organizational charts and rosters are automatically replaced with anonymized identifiers (e.g., Emp-001). Reporting relationships, job titles, departments, and all structural data are preserved. Personal names are never transmitted to AI systems.
What we do not collect. We do not request or process compensation data, salary information, performance review data, protected-class demographic information (race, gender, age, disability status, etc.), or any information not required for structural analysis.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
Usage data. We collect standard usage information (pages visited, actions taken) to operate and improve the service.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models beyond your specific analysis session.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6). Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: contractual necessity — to deliver the assessment you have purchased; legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the service in ways that do not override your rights; and legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
